Q: Can I order multiple items for a birthday party?

Absolutely! We love party orders. For bulk purchases (10+ items), contact us for special pricing and faster processing. We can even coordinate delivery timing for your party date. Pro tip: Order at least a week before your party for stress-free planning!

Q: Do you have gift wrapping?
A: We don't offer traditional gift wrapping, but our products come in attractive packaging that's perfect for gifting. For party favors, we can arrange special bulk packaging - just ask when you order!

Q: What if the toy I want is out of stock?
A:
Hit the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we'll email you the moment it's back! Most popular items restock within 1-2 weeks. Need it urgently? Message us - we might have similar alternatives in stock.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you catch it within 2 hours of ordering, probably yes! After that, it depends on whether we've already started packing. WhatsApp us immediately at +91-9354866729 with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.

💳 PAYMENT & PRICING
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Plus, get up to ₹150 cashback when paying via MobiKwik wallet/UPI on orders above ₹999!

Q: Is it safe to pay online on your website?

Q: Do you offer EMI options?

Not yet! But we are going to start this payment option in future for order above ₹4999.00 You'll see EMI options at checkout if your order qualifies.

Q: What about GST and taxes?
A:
All prices shown include GST - no hidden surprises! You'll get a proper GST invoice with every order for your records. or email us if you didn't get one we will send it to you right away!

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A:
Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery:

Metro cities: 2-4 business days
Other cities: 3-5 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Orders placed before 2 PM get same-day processing. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Q: Do you deliver everywhere in India?
A:
We deliver to 25,000+ pin codes across India! If you're in a remote area, delivery might take a bit longer, but we'll get there. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

Q: What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?
A: Usually o
ur delivery partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times and call you to coordinate. You can also request delivery to your office or a neighbor. For valuable orders, we recommend someone being available to receive the package.

Q: Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You'll get tracking details via SMS and email once your order ships. You can track in real-time and see exactly where your package is.

Q: What about Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A
: Due to heavy fraud order placed at our website we have switched off this feature once we have the faith by your grace we will resume this feature. Else you can always connect with us and we can discuss on a solution benefiting both of us.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What's this video recording thing for returns?
A:
Simple! Just record a quick video while opening your package and share it with us within 30 minutes if there's any issue. It helps us process returns super quickly - no back and forth needed! Think of it as your "return insurance."

Q: What if I forgot to make the opening video?
A:
Don't panic! If it's clearly our mistake (wrong item, damaged packaging), we'll still help you out. But the video really does make everything smoother and faster for everyone.

Q: My child doesn't like the toy. Can I return it?
A:
If the toy is genuinely not as described or has quality issues, absolutely! If your child just changed their mind... well, we're parents too, so send us the video and let's talk. We're usually pretty understanding!

Q: How long do returns take?
A:
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. You'll get confirmation when it's done. Store credit is instant once we approve the return!

Q: Can I exchange instead of returning?
A:
Yes! Exchanges are perfect for getting the right age group or trying a different toy.. Just mention "exchange" when you contact us. But Shipping Charges if above 50 will be paid by you.

🎁 GIFTS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
A:
Of course! Just enter their address as the delivery address during checkout. Want to include a personal message? Email us the details, and we'll include a note with the package.

Q: What about return gifts for birthday parties?
A:

Q: Do you have gift cards?

Not yet, but it's coming soon! For now, you can purchase store credit during returns that never expires - perfect for letting someone choose their own gift.

Q: Festival season orders - any special considerations?

During festivals (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), order early! We extend return windows to 10 days during festival season because we know gift-giving can be tricky. Plus, watch for special festival sales!

Q: Are your toys safe for children?
A:
Safety first, always! All our toys meet Indian safety standards and international certifications. We clearly mark age recommendations and choking hazard warnings. When in doubt, supervise younger children during play.

Q: What if a toy breaks quickly?
A:
That shouldn't happen! If a toy breaks under normal use within 1 days, Send us a video of the broken toy and tell us how it was used. Quality issues get priority attention.

Q: Do you test your toys?
A:
We work with trusted suppliers and conduct quality checks, but we also rely on parent feedback! If you notice any quality issues, please tell us immediately so we can improve.

Q: Can I get spare parts for toys?
A:
For some toys, yes! Contact us with your product details, and we'll check if spare parts are available. We'll do our best to help extend your toy's life.

Q: Are the toys educational?
A:
Many of our toys have educational benefits! Look for our "STEM," "Educational," and "Learning" tags. We believe the best toys are fun AND help kids develop new skills.

We're parents who got tired of buying disappointing toys online! Started Kooqio Kids to curate quality toys that actually deliver on their promises. We test everything with real kids (including our own) before selling.

A:
We're based in India with warehouses in Delhi for faster delivery. Our customer support team works from Delhi - that's why we understand Indian parenting challenges!

Q: Do you have physical stores?
A:
We're online-only for now, which helps us keep prices low and selection high. But we're considering pop-up stores for major cities - stay tuned!
